(Before I start on the blog about our session, I have to call out my amazing husband. He was in the beginning stages of having food poisoning and he was so dedicated to creating such a great environment that even I didn’t know. He said he had a stomach ache at the beginning and never said anything about it again. Ryan truly is the best.)
As we were starting out, we would reach out to local acquaintances to offer free sessions for practice. We did this us to work out any kinks to ensure we created the perfect session for our clients. And I must say, these two were no help at all! And when I say that, I mean they listened to our posing, dressed like we asked, and looked amazing. Tiffani is another incredibly talented photographer in the area, you can check out her work here.
We decided to meet in Stafford, I was looking to capture a certain look at Aquia Harbor. We wanted some waterfront images, and this place fit the bill. It was very busy at first but as the sun started to set, people left giving us just enough space to work with. But until then we used the beautiful open park with gorgeous greenery. The images from that location were so glowy and dreamy.
Looking at these two, you can imagine my excitement as we got our first look. The pale pink flowy dress Tiffani wore was absolutely stunning and her wavy hair gave me serious hair envy. Jim looked perfectly romantic casual (Is that a thing? Because I think I just made it a thing).
